Visiting the beautiful state of Tasmania in January 2012 inspired me to learn more about landscape photography, a genre I find very rewarding. I love being out in such beautiful spots and just wish I had more time to chase the golden light of each day. Somehow I always seem to manage more landscapes when we travel away from Perth.

The view from Crown Range Road near Arrowtown and Queenstown on South Island, New Zealand
Sunset at Mettams Pool in Perth’s northern suburbs
The view from Irwin Lookout in Coalseam Conservation Park last spring
